11. Dirty, Dirty Hippopotami
In most parks of Tanzania especially in Lake Manyara National Park, you will witness scores of hippos submerged inside the lakes and ponds silently. Actually, you will not like two stay there for two powerful reasons, first hippos are dangerous and are capable of mutilating with their powerful jaws & second you will not be able to stand the stink coming out of their bodies.
12. Magic Baobab Trees
You can come across the Baobab trees all over Tanzania but most of them are in places like Serengeti and Ngorongoro. These trees are known to be some thousands of years old and they also look very beautiful and some look very scary. Taking their pictures will be just awesome.
13. Angry Blue Monkeys
The angry blue monkeys are found in the montane bamboo forests and evergreen forests in lower slopes of Kilimanjaro Mountain. It is better to stay at a safe distance while clicking their photos during the hike.
14. Endangered Black Rhino
In some parts of Serengeti and especially in Lake Manyara National Park you can find the endangered Black Rhino with extreme difficulty. They are protected by the park & govt. authorities by conserving them in some special areas.
15. The Datoga Tribe
While on your cultural tours, you can also meet with the Datoga Tribe in Tanzania that is considered as the oldest and are also known for their ability to strike their enemy in the stealth mode.
